We are pleased to announce that Orlin has taken and passed the necessary exams to attain LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) accreditation from the GBCI (Green Building Certification Institute).
LEED is an internationally recognized certification system that measures how well a building performs in terms of its impact on the environment. It is a rating system that factors several different and discrete considerations that most significantly influence the way a building or a community utilizes resources and the quality of the environment that it provides to its occupants.
LEED was developed by USGBC (United States Green Building Council) to provide building owners with a system of tools to evaluate the overall level of sustainability of a building in terms of concrete metrics. The system also provides a framework of methods and solutions to the various challenges facing green building design and construction.
This accreditation is a testament to our dedication to green building practices. It shows a recognized excellence in our ongoing commitment to sustainable design and care for the environment.
